5.    Photography & Filming
By registering for the event, you grant permission to the CSU, its employees and agents, to take and use visual/audio images of you. Visual/audio images are any type of recording, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips or accompanying written descriptions. The CSU will not materially alter the original images. You agree that the CSU owns the images and all rights related to them. The images may be used in any manner or media without notifying you, such as university-sponsored websites, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, posters, and theater slides, as well as for non-university uses. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them, or to be compensated for them.
You release the CSU, its employees and agents, including any firm authorized to publish, broadcast and/or distribute a finished product containing the images, from any claims, damages, or liability which you may ever have in connection with the taking or use of the images or printed material used with the images.
You also affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to freely accept these terms.

6.    Websites & Links
The conference websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which the CSU takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.

7.    Insurance
It is the responsibility of the registrant to arrange appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the conference. The CSU cannot be held liable for any loss, liability, or damage to personal property.

8.    Speakers Terms & Conditions
The ERWC Literacy Conference committee may use the speaker’s name and presentation materials for promoting attendance at the conference. The committee may reproduce copies of the speaker’s presentation (e.g., PowerPoint slides or supporting handouts) on paper and/or electronically as part of the overall hand-out materials during the conference and after the event. Any acknowledgement regarding copyright or support should be included at the end of the presentation, as these may be distributed to the conference attendees. Speakers who do not wish to give permission for the above terms and conditions, should notify the event coordinator before the commencement of the conference.
